Maxim PDX Pistol Kit with Maxim MDX 505 PDX Upper Receiver Group (URG) in FDX/Bronze, 556NATO, 5.5″ Barrel, Hate Brake, PDW Brace and the new Maxium forged mil-spec AR lower receiver, combined to give you one baddass pistol.

Born from the SOCOM PDW solicitation, the NEW Maxim Defense PDX(TM) U.R.G. is designed to handle the fierce demands of the Tier 1 community. The PDX(TM) U.R.G. dominates in close quarter encounters and achieves maximum energy on target without sacrificing accuracy at distance. At just 14″ in overall length, the PDX(TM) U.R.G. is the ultimate choice for when concealment and personal defense is non-negotiable.

This KIT is meant to be easy to assemble and utilize mil-spec standards to maximize versatility in your build.  The PDX(TM) KIT is also equipped with newly invented Maxim HATEBRAKE(TM) Muzzle Booster. This patent-pending device significantly reduces recoil, decreases the flash signature, pushes gasses and concussion waves downrange away from the operator improving overall execution in short barrel pistols and rifles. The PDX Kit uses a Direct Impingement system. The PDX Kit comes with everything you need to turn your pile of parts into a Maxim Defense PDX pitsol. 

The Maxim PDX brace is fit to a mil-spect standard buffer tube, and carbine length spring.  The BCG is a mil-spec nitrided bolt carrier group with 158 steel MP tested mil-spec bolt for heavy endurance and maxium lubricity.

Note:  The lower receiver is a Mil-spec forged lower made by Maxim.  It is not the same lower receiver that is found on the full pistol.  It is 100% fully functional, but not identical.

Notice:  This is item is current legally sold as a pistol “kit,” which you can make into a legal pistol  The ATF, in late 2020 has shown an interest in reviewing the status of pistols with braces, and there is some possibility that the ATF could rule that some AR Pistols are actually Short Barreled Rifles, subject to the National Firearms Act, and should the ATF come to the conclusion that this pistol is determined to be an SBR, that could result in requiring owners to register the weapon as an NFA item with the ATF, and also could possibly mean that owners might have to pay an NFA registration fee, also known as a tax stamp.

       2)  Find your FFL… Have your dealer send us a copy of their FFL to Charlie’s (Make them earn their fee!!!)
